Shipping policy

Shipping within the UK only.

All orders will be sent via Royal Mail at a cost of £3.50, we aim to send the same day if ordered before noon, or the next day.

Orders are dispatched most days Monday to Thursday, except for bank and public holidays. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday (or Tuesday if after a bank holiday). Any delays in shipping due to planned holidays or unforeseen circumstances will be notified where possible at shipping options or by email afterwards.

Please note - Dracomom Hatchling Carriers are shipped directly from our UK supplier so delivery time may vary from the above. 

 

Click and Collect

Local to us and prefer to collect in person? Click and collect orders will usually be ready to collect within 24 hours but must be at a pre arranged time. Please leave a note at checkout to arrange a suitable time to collect from us in Gumley near Market Harborough.

Please note the Dracomom Hatchling carrier is not available for click and collect, this product is delivery only.
