CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

Online purchases

Returns for refund or exchange are only accepted if the items are new and unused, still in original packaging with original labels. You are not purchasing on a 'Try Before You Buy' basis so if the item has been opened and used you are deemed to have accepted the goods and not be eligible for a refund.

If upon placing your order you change your mind, you have the right to cancel your order from that moment until 14 days after receiving it. If upon receiving your purchase that you decide it is not for you, faulty or not as described, please email hellocarrymybaby@gmail.com to notify us of your wish to return. This must be within 14 days of purchase. You have a further 14 days to return the item.

The customer is responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty (Carry My Baby will establish if an item is truly faulty). We recommend you send your return insured or tracked in the event that it does not make its way back safely.

If these conditions are satisfied then you will receive a full refund. Your original postage cost will not be refunded.

When we receive your returned goods we will inspect them, and if acceptable with no marks, hairs, fluff, odours or signs of use then a full refund will be processed within 7 days. You will be refunded by the payment method used.

A deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of the goods being handled beyond what was necessary to determine their suitability or if any of the above described is evident. In this case it cannot be resold as new. Handling of the goods should be no more than if you were assessing them in a shop.


EXCHANGES

We accept returns which can be exchanged for an alternative carrier. Once your original order is returned to us and is in an acceptable condition for a full refund, we will then dispatch your replacement.


REFUNDS

You will be notified by email with 14 days once your refund has been processed. Depending on your payment method your refund will take up to 5-10 working days to appear within your account.  Paypal payments will be refunded which can take 3-5 working days to complete, but please allow up to 30 days depending on the card issuer.
